Waitlist
We collect your email, your optional Calgary neighbourhood, your launch consent and the time you register. We use them to plan the rollout and send a Calgary launch invitation. No resident account or public profile is created. We do not ask for your home address or identity documents.
Support
When you contact us, we store your reply email, selected topic, message, consent and submission time so the team can handle your request. Please do not include sensitive documents or passwords. Support messages and waitlist entries are not publicly browsable.
Support chat
When you choose “Chat with us”, Chatwoot loads to connect you with the HeyNeibo team. Chatwoot processes your chat messages, any contact details you enter and technical connection information, and uses cookies to maintain the conversation. We do not automatically send waitlist details to the chat. Chat information is handled by Chatwoot separately from the support form and may be processed outside Canada. Storage and service providers
Waitlist entries and support form requests are stored in the project’s Supabase database in Canada Central. Authorised project operators can access them. Vercel hosts this site and processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. This does not mean all hosting or analytics processing happens in Canada.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is available only if you choose to allow it. You can change that choice using the controls at the bottom of any page. When enabled, we measure page visits and successful waitlist or support submissions. We do not send your email, neighbourhood or message as analytics event parameters. Google may process technical device and usage information outside Canada. Advertising consent remains off.
Your choices
Use the support form to ask about your information or request waitlist removal. Use the email you registered with so we can locate the request. We may need to confirm you control that email before acting. Joining the waitlist is optional, and you can decide not to join the community when invited.
Keeping this page current
We will update this page as the public service changes. The future resident application will have its own participation and information requirements, explained before registration.
